One Year Warranty

Warranty claims must be initiated through GNOCE Egypt support. Please share your order number, clear item photos, and a short deion of the issue before returning anything.

If the item needs to be inspected, support will confirm the required return method and address. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Returned jewelry should be packed carefully to help prevent damage during shipping. Keep any original packaging where possible and include the details requested by support.

When a return shipment is required, use a tracked courier service and keep the tracking details until the review is complete. Any applicable shipping costs will be explained by support before the item is sent.

Products showing misuse, modification, abuse, abnormal damage, chemical exposure, poor care, or damage beyond normal wear may not qualify for warranty service after review.
